The 2020 Board Election will begin on September 1st and the ballots will be delivered via e-mail. Positions up for election in 2020 are:

All Directors (including Directors at Large): The Board shall manage, supervise, and control the business, property, and affairs of the Chapter, except as otherwise expressly provided by law, the Articles of Incorporation of the Chapter, or these Bylaws. Directors shall not be compensated for their participation as members of the Board. Subject to the limitations set forth in these Bylaws, the Board shall be vested with the powers possessed by the Chapter itself, including the powers to appoint and remunerate agents and employees, to establish the budget of the Chapter, to disburse the funds of the Chapter, and to adopt such rules and regulations for the conduct of its business as shall be deemed advisable.
President/Chair of the Board
The President shall give active direction and control of the business and affairs of the Chapter. The President may sign, with the Secretary or any other proper officer of the Chapter authorized by the Board, any deeds, mortgages, bonds, contracts, or other instruments which the Board has authorized to be executed, except in cases where the signing and execution thereof shall be expressly delegated by the Board or by these Bylaws or by statute to some other Officer or agent of the Chapter. In general, the President shall perform all duties incident to the office of President and such other duties as may be prescribed by the Board from time to time. The President also leads the Board as Chairperson of the Board and is responsible for its effectiveness, chairs all meetings of the Board, and appoints committee members to committees of the Board subject to confirmation by the Board.

Vice President/Director

Gaetano (Tim) Fida
Mr. Fida served as IT Manager for a large medical systems developer in Stillwater, Minnesota for several years. His responsibilities included presenting a program of training seminars to neurologists and their staff throughout the US & Canada, in the use of FDA-approved computerized equipment for clinical drug trials. Since 1994, he has been an independent IT consultant. In 2000, he was an IT consultant for the mega-merger between Wells Fargo and Norwest Banks. As an IT consultant, he has also conducted numerous in-house educational seminars for small and mid-sized companies.
For the past several years, Mr. Fida, owner of "Net Surgeons" has created and maintained networks and provided the computer needs of businesses in the state of Florida. He specializes in medical IT; providing electronic medical records programs, paperless environments and acting as liaison between the medical software companies and prominent medical practices. He is treasurer of The Spring Hill Amateur Radio Club, President of The Hernando County Amateur Radio Association, a past member of Minneapolis Chapter of Infragard, Current member of Tampa Chapter of Infragard and holder of numerous certifications, not limited to Novell, Microsoft and Brainbench. His hobbies range from enjoying the privileges of the Amateur Radio Advanced Class License to piloting an occasional aircraft to enjoying the satisfaction of lending a helping hand to those of need; including participating as a volunteer in the local county emergency management group as a communications specialist.
Michael W. Ritchie
Michael Ritchie is the CTO and Co-Founder of Assurity Group a Tampa based Cybersecurity consultancy specializing in the Industrial Defense Base. A 25 year veteran of the technology industry his diverse background includes InfoSec, MedTech/HIMS, FinTech, eCommerce, ERP, B2B, B2C, and SaaS. His experience includes solutions for Veralytic, Moffitt Cancer Center, UPS, MCI, MTV, Worldcom, Harcourt Brace, HSN, and CNBC. He has a bachelor of science degree in computer science and is a member of UPE Honor Society for Computing. Michael is an active member of AFCEA, NDIA. AUSA, ISSA, & Infragard. He has previously served on three non-profit organization boards.
Jack B. Voth
Jack Voth is the Managing Partner of Sanibel Cyber Technology, LLC, a cyber security company that provides world-class solutions designed to help create secure environments for small-to-midsized business. He has over 30 years’ experience in the field of information technology and security, and has a diverse background as an executive, a manager, and as a practitioner. During his career he has helped large and small organizations protect their information effectively and efficiently while also enhancing the operational integrity of their systems.
As a former Microsoft Certified instructor specializing in cyber security, Voth has traveled the globe educating individuals and industries on security mandates, requirements and risks. Voth is also the co-author of Chained Exploits: Advanced Hacking Attacks from Start to Finish, available on Amazon.
Prior to his private sector experience, Voth had a distinguished career in the United States Army.
Voth has a bachelor's degree, cum laude, in Cybersecurity and Forensics from Hodges University and has sat on a panel of Intelligence Community (IC) subject matter experts sponsored by The Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) and The Department of Homeland Security (DHS).
Voth and his fiancée live in Sanibel, Florida.
Treasurer/Director
The Treasurer shall have charge and custody of and be responsible for all funds and securities of the Chapter; receive and give receipts for moneys due and payable to the Chapter from any source whatsoever, and deposit all such moneys in the name of the Chapter in such banks, trust companies or other depositaries as shall be selected in accordance with the provisions of Article VIII of these Bylaws. In general, the Treasurer shall perform all the duties incident to the office of Treasurer and such other duties as from time to time may be assigned to the Treasurer by the President or by the Board. All financially related accounts established and/or maintained by the Treasurer shall be subject to random audits by a third party or Audit Committee, as designated by the Board. Reports of such audits will be made available to Board and available for review by the US Government designated point of contact.

Membership Director/Director
The Board may appoint a Membership Director who, in cooperation with the Communications Director, shall be responsible for providing a consistent and responsive interface to the Chapter membership, including all membership communication and meeting announcements. The Membership Director will work with the FBI Coordinator to maintain an accurate list of Voting Affiliates for use in official Chapter business.

John MacMichael
John MacMichael is a Gartner Leadership Partner within the Enterprise for IT Leaders Security & Risk Management Program; his Cybersecurity experience spans a variety of sectors. John served 25 years in the Navy in a diverse set of Network Operations and Network Defense roles, ultimately retiring as a Navy Captain. He completed his Naval career as Commanding Officer for the Navy's largest Communications and Network Security organization (NCTAMS PAC). He then served as a Vice President with Charter Communications overseeing Infrastructure and Data Center Operations, Director of Information Security for Hawaiian Airlines, and CISO for the City of Washington, DC.
John is experienced in leading organizations to build, refine and mature their Information Security Programs; he has specific experience in developing, assessing and managing information security program components to include: strategic planning; governance program development; policy development and management; risk management program implementation and management.

Ebony Vaz
Ebony Vaz is the Founder and CEO of Above Promotions, a marketing technology, and public relations company with a specialization in crisis communications for cybersecurity incidents in the Tampa Bay area. She is a business marketing book author and also the co-author of published research on reducing human error-related information security incidents and understanding human memory limitations and the impact of password authentication practices.
Ebony interweaves her engineering background and government research with her public relations and marketing expertise to help implement science and technology into storytelling for internal and public awareness campaigns, growth strategies, new products, and in-person events.
For over 15 years and 90+ brands, she has worked on campaigns for businesses such as AT&T, AAA, AOL, Cold Stone Creamery, and Verizon Wireless to smaller national and international organizations and public-funded organizations, like the University of South Florida. She has not only been successful in helping to create effective messaging, engaging fresh stories, and increased leads for organizations, but she also positively affects internal teams and processes leaving clients with a healthy and high-performance work environment.
She has been featured on MSNBC.com, Food and Wine, Social Media Today, Food Fanatics, BizBash, AdWeek, PR Daily, Yahoo.com, the Retail Customer Experience, Business 2 Community, NewsOne.com and other publications, panels and hosted large events. Ebony leads colleagues across the U.S. through online groups focused on crisis communication topics and creative services for the business community.
While many of her clients are beyond the Tampa Bay area, she continuously gives back to her local community by organizing and volunteering at events for Techstars Tampa Bay Startup Week, Hospitality Hackathon, Ignite Tampa Bay, Bar Camp, and the Tampa Bay Association of Black Journalists.
Additionally, Ebony is also an Impact Board Member for Synapse, a Foreign Direct Investment Sub-Committee Member of the Global Coalition Committee with Pasco EDC, a Board Advisor the Bright Young Minds Coalition, Small Business Development Center Expert Consultant, a member of the Tampa Bay Chapters of InfraGard and (ISC)2, Venture Deals Kauffman Fellows Academy, and Techstars participant.

Jeffrey A. Young
(Running for a 1-year term)
The goals that will be a priority for me on the InfraGard board if elected as Membership Director I will focus on the following:
- Increase attendance/membership through broader meeting communication
- Bring together disparate similarly focused organizations
- Add influence to ensure consistent and compelling meetings
As Vice President at Marjau Systems Corporation, I am focused on improving IT systems that support the warfighter, veterans and their missions. Prior to joining Marjau Systems I was a product marketing leader in telecommunications with responsibility for new product initiatives valued over $100 million dollars annually. Many of these products are technology leaders and have significant national market share.
I am also very involved in the community both personally and professionally to include both defense focused and technology focused organizations.
Sector Chief Director/Director
(Not from our Bylaws but an informal title granted by the Board of Directors) The Sector Chief Director acts as a liaison between the Board of Directors and the Sector Chiefs. They are responsible for interfacing with Sector Chiefs to encourage the buildout of sector outreach programs, including communication with IGTB members within their sectors and encouraging the participation of and information sharing with sector stakeholders within each such sector. The Sector Chief Director is also responsible for identifying and managing nominations for sector chiefs within sectors without a sector chief.
Dr. Clifford R. Bragdon, PhD
Dr. Bragdon is a celebrated educator, researcher and consultant of more than four decades who has focused his efforts in several areas including urban and regional planning, sustainability, transportation, economic development, homeland security-resilience, cybersecurity and simulation. Before becoming a professor emeritus at the Florida Institute of Technology in 2013, he notably served at FIT as a distinguished research professor, dean, and vice president. He also held academic appointments at other institutions throughout his career. Dr. Bragdon was a distinguished professor at Florida Atlantic University as well as Executive Director of the Center for Intermodal Transportation Safety and Security, a group composed of all 16 Florida Public Universities. It was the first Center of its kind in the world; approved by Congress, signed into law by President Bush and awarded $10,000,000. Dr. Bragdon was dean of the only school of aviation and transportation and vice president and director of the National Aviation and Transportation Center at Dowling College, Long Island, NY. For 21 years he held multiple faculty appointments and administrative positions at Georgia Institute of Technology, including Professor, Associate Dean and Vice President for Extended Studies. While at Georgia Tech he was also special assistant to the office of the president and served on the 1996 Summer Olympic Committee, developing for the FAA the transportation vertical flight plan linking all 24 Olympic venues together, as well as planning a vertiport for the Olympics in Atlanta. Congressman John Lewis, requested that Dr. Bragdon prepare a personal memo in his private office to assist the Congressman who that day requested and received Congressional approval for funding the Atlanta 1996 Summer Olympics. At Emory University he served as a Visiting Clinical Professor, teaching graduate level courses in the College of Medicine and Rollins School of Public Health, for 13 years.

David Chen received his Doctoral of Information Systems degree in 2017 and Master of Computer Science degree in 1991. He is a Cloud Security Engineer in Moffitt Cancer Center & Research Institute. Prior to Moffitt, he had worked in large and small, domestic and international, corporations, institutions, R&D lab environments since 1983, such as BCBSM, IBM, AT&T. David Chen is an active InfoSec volunteer, ISC2 Tampa Bay Chapter Officer, Infragard Tampa Bay Chapter Board of Directors.
David Chen has work experience in the areas of information technology project management, cloud security, network security architecture & infrastructure, mobile application and infrastructure security, application security testing CI/CD automation, information security baseline and best practice, system security strategies & methodologies, information security laws and regulations.

Steve Johnson
I have been an Infragard chapter member since 2012. I am currently the head of Information Technology for a global Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences company headquartered here in Tampa Bay. I support all things IT, including multiple clinical trials for research on COVID-19 and FDA approved vertically integrated manufacturing facilities, laboratories, and active pharmaceutical development plants in the EU.
Previously, I was CIO for a large healthcare organization here in Tampa Bay supporting a large physicians group, outpatient imaging, hospitals and a prominent medical management company. I have over 20 years experience in IT and executive management, implementing software, infrastructure and global networking.
I have been attesting to and following a multitude of guidelines, principles, best practices, and auditing strategies including, NIST, CIS, SOC, PCI, FDA, GAMP, HIPPA, CISA, and others. Hobbies include, volunteering for the United States Coast Guard Auxiliary, Flotilla Staff Officer Communications and boat crew Coxswain search and rescue, boating, catching fish, and spending time with family.

Frank Parker
Frank Parker enjoys a diverse management and technology career serving Industrial, Utility and Institutional clients and Government Agencies which include the Energy, Defense, Homeland Security and Justice Departments in various capacities as contractor, researcher and consultant. Frank currently serves as Chief Technology Officer as well as is Co-founder and Managing Board Member of several environmentally sustainable enterprises.
Natalie Percy
Natalie is a co-founder of Shasteen & Percy, P.A., a Tampa-based boutique law firm focusing on cybersecurity and data privacy. She counsels diverse clients on various security and privacy matters, including, but not limited to, data and cyber risk assessment management, breach preparedness and incident response, data privacy due diligence, litigation and regulatory actions and training program development. Her firm frequently collaborates with technical experts to advise clients on these and other related issues. She also works with local non-profit organizations in the development and improvement of security and privacy programs. Natalie has a background in intellectual property and healthcare and experience in healthcare regulatory, licensing and compliance matters. She is a member of the Florida Bar, the Tampa Bay Electronic Crimes Task Force (TBECTF), InfraGard and Women in Cybersecurity.
